W&GS was created by Martin Ader, one of the pioneers of group techniques with 12 years or research and development experience in the Computer Supported Cooperative Work arena at Bull and Wang. He has an in depth experience of enterprise wide application deployment with 15 years devoted to large deployment projects combining database, transaction processing and distributed systems in Banks, Insurance's, Manufacturing and Government organizations.
